Before becoming the salon owner, Kelly has worked at Sissors hair salon in Burnley since 1988. She became a partner in the business in 1995 before becoming the sole salon owner in 2019. Having starting out as an apprentice, Kelly spent years improving her skills and gaining all round expertise as a senior hair director and salon owner.
In this time she has built a firm repertoire of skills, and has proved to have strong expertise in all areas of cutting, styling and colouring ladies and mens hair. But additionally, demonstrates outstanding creativity with long hair. Thus being the salon of choice for many brides and clients attending black tie dinners and proms.
Sissors hair salon has a long standing and loyal clientele, Kelly has built a highly skilled salon team, and a buzzing salon atmosphere. It’s this, which salon clients confess to being a large part of the reason they visit. There is no high turn over of staff, but a consistently skilled and friendly team with a wonderful atmosphere. You will always be greeted by a professional atmosphere, friendly face, inspirational hair advice and services, but also, a friendly supportive ear.
